In order to return an item, a return authorization must be issued within 14 days of the ship date of the original order. If you would like to return an item, please email at info@mizubotanicals.com to obtain a return authorization, and instructions on how to send your shipment back.

 

Returns will not be refunded without a previously issued return authorization from our office.

 

When sending an item(s) back, please note.(on the original packing slip), which item(s) you are returning, and whether the item(s) is: a) unopened or b) used. In cases where you have had an allergic reaction, please note on the packing slip brief details of the allergic reaction you experienced, and which products you reacted to.

 

Your credit card will be refunded as soon as we receive your return shipment. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed.

 

Please Note: Original shipping charges are not refunded in the case of a return, unless the return is a result of our error. Additionally, in case of a return, you will be required to pay the return shipping costs to send an item back to us plus any applicable duties or taxes owing, unless the return is a result of our error.

 

If you are shipped the wrong item by mistake, or the item you received is damaged, we will re-ship the correct item to you at no additional cost. If we have shipped the incorrect item to you, we will pay the cost to ship that item back to us, or send a courier to pickup the item at our expense.

 

Backorders

All orders typically ship the next business day after they are placed. In the unlikely event of a backorder, your credit card will be charged for the full amount of your original order including the backordered item, but you will benefit from FREE and automatic ground shipping of the backordered item when it is available. You will also be notified via email when that backordered item ships to you.
